In this time of reflection leading up to Rosh Hashanah and the Days of Awe, there is an issue on the World's agenda that, in just a few days time, is going to be inescapable - the issue of Israel and Palestine. As usual, the secular (and much of the Christian media) will be full of blather, confusion and misguided opinion. We don't expect the cause of Israel itself to be promoted and the World will be clamouring for Palestinian statehood at the time of the UN vote. BUT THE TRUTH NEEDS TO BE TOLD.

Writing this from the South Bank centre, on the River Thames, overlooking the Houses of Parliament. Not a bad little office, rent free, Wi-Fi and endless coffee and cakes (at exorbitant prices!).

All talks finished now, the last being at Bridge lane, Golders Green, last week. It's just getting the new book out now -"To Life! Rediscovering Biblical Church" - the last one in the trilogy - which needs to be at the printers somehow at the end of March! Had some good preliminary feedback, but it's now in the hands of Mr Pawson, so anything can happen!

Any of you in the Lincoln area, I'll be speaking on Saturday 29th January at around 2.30pm at Holy Trinity Community Centre, East Gate, Louth LN11 8DJ. Also at Bridge Lane fellowship, Golders Green, London NW11 0EH on Sunday February 6th 6:30pm.

The new book is now at first draft stage. It's going to be called "To Life! Rediscovering Biblical Church" and will be launched at the end of May.

Just one gig to go now - a live appearance on Revelation TV this Thursday (16th December) - "Simply the Truth" with Doug Harris, 3.30pm to 4.30pm (London time), repeated on Saturday at 1pm. Anything can happen - it's live! Not sure if they are taking questions, you'll need to go to the website to find out (www.revelationtv.com). You can also watch it at that website with live streaming.
